What do you like best about Human Interest?

I really appreciated the helpfulness I got from Stephanie and Stephan. They were emailing me and making time to go over details with me over the phone as I was setting up my account. What do you like best about Human Interest?

I like how Human Interest notifies employees about eligibility and handles contributions by taking them out of payroll and taking care of payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Human Interest?

I'm frustrated by the bait and switch on the cost. It was sold to me as no cost to employer via Gusto, but now I'm facing $100’s each month in fees, making me consider other programs or going back to my old Simple. The unexpected charges that were never discussed should be illegal. The initial setup seemed like a lot was missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
